Great Day!

I enjoyed going to a church social tonight! I had a good day today, except for my uncooperative brain. I had pain, as always, but it was not bad.

Sensory:

-Pins and needles: 1

-Tingles: 1, left hand and... uh.. that's all I remember

-Dysesthetic pain: 2

-Paresthesias: 0?

-Numbness: 2, one thing I have noticed lately is that my phone responds before I touch it. It responds right before I touch it, in fact. Duh, I think I must have already touching it when it responds, but I am not feeling it--my phone is more sensitive to touch than my fingertips.

-Vision: 2

-Nerve pain: 4

-Hearing: 1, tinnitus this morning

Motor:

-Walking: 3

-Sore muscles: 1

-Fine motor: 1? Didn't need to write. But my typing is not bad.

-Weak muscles: 3

-Spasticity: 3

Cognitive:

-Language processing: 3, I had an embarrassing moment where I completely misunderstood something during a meeting and spoke up to disagree with what someone said... ugh. Also, I am usually a very quick thinker and able to respond and counter arguments. I let a major one go right by me! Honestly, I did not participate in the meeting as much as a could have normally. And I was taking minutes for the meeting and struggling with organizing and summarizing. Also having trouble organizing and expressing my thoughts during conversation this evening. It is so ironic.

-Memory: 1

-Attention: 2, I totally zoned out or focused on something else during conversations several times today.

-Confusion: 2

General:

-Fatigue: 1

-Balance: 1

-Sleep: 2

-Bladder: 0, way to keep up the good work, little guy! (I suppose that my bladder must be a guy.)

-Proprioception: 1

Emotions: Nothing to report. And no news is good news today. :)
