Seeing now:
-Dr. Amos: Fellow in pain management. :)
-Dr. Chris: Pain specialist. :)
-Dave: Physical therapist at PT practice #2. :)
-Dr. Eric: Sleep specialist PhD psychologist. We check in every two weeks. :)

-Kate: Physical therapist at PT practice #2. :)
-Dr. Rick: A neurologist specializing in MS, the fifth neurologist I saw. Works at the MS Center. Dr. Harry referred me to him for the daclizumab trial he is running. Will be managing my care for the forseeable future. :)
-Ricki: Nurse who covered Alyssa's maternity leave. Now full-time nurse for the research study with Dr. Rick. She is nice, but I am just a patient to her. She does not seem to get how MS pervades my life. :/
-Dr. Rob: My internist. :)
-Ruth: My psychologist. She specializes in pastoral counseling. We are doing grief counseling, some regular psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. :)
-Dr. Willy: Pain specialist. :)
Others:
-Alyssa: Former nurse for the research study with Dr. Rick. :)
-Dr. Andy: A neurologist specializing in MS, the sixth neurologist I saw. Worked at the MS Center, involved in the clinical trial with Dr. Rick. Love. :) Moved to another state. Sniff.
-Dr. Barry: A general neurologist, the first one I saw. Works in a local, individual practice. :(

-Dr. Danny: An internist I saw once, who was the first doctor to bring up MS. Referred me to Dr. Gabby. I liked him and his nurse, but his office staff were terrible, and I had to wait forever to see him. And hello, he referred me to Dr. Gabby. :/
-Erica: Research assistant for Dr. Rick. :)
-Erica: Research assistant for Dr. Rick. :)
-Dr. Gabby: A general neurologist (although she considers herself an expert on MS), the second neurologist I saw. Worked at a local neurology practice, now at a pain management clinic. :(
-Dr. Harry: A neurologist specializing in MS, the fourth neurologist I saw. Works at a major MS Center. He confirmed the MS diagnosis by Dr. Gabby, making it official. I only saw him once, and he was alright. Took two weeks of pestering to get him to send lab and MRI orders, same with results. He was not terrible, but I prefer Dr. Rick. :/
-Dr. Hayden: Anesthesiology fellow who handled my anesthesia for my SCS surgery. :)
-Dr. Hilary: My urologist. :/ (January 9, 2012 - Just found out she changed practices, so I will see someone else in that office.)
-Dr. Holly: Neuropsychologist who evaluated me. :/
-Jackie: PT at PT practice #1. :/
