Spasticity

I was lying on the floor, on my stomach, trying to lessen the pain. I was really struggling with spasticity, and I told my sister to check out my rock-hard calves. Well, half rock hard--just the lateral split of the calf muscle. She could feel the difference between the lateral and medial branches of the gastrocnemius.

Now if only I could get spasticity in my abs...

Spoke Too Soon

Maybe I did a little too much today.

When I got up after blogging before, I found that my legs were so stiff and sore that I couldn't walk well. Hard not to toe walk.

Now I'm tired enough to fall asleep. I guess I'll try to stay up until 8:30. What an exciting life I lead.
