Lazy Day

Aside from being sick from the Avonex, I had a good day. I just hung around the house.

Actually... Now that I consider it, I had a rough morning. I took a nap and felt better. Darn fatigue. And darn nap--that is why I am still awake!

Sensory:
-Pins and needles: 4, right foot especially
-Tingles: 0
-Dysesthetic pain: 3
-Paresthesias: 2, some electric shocks, not many
-Numbness: 6, the usual spots plus right leg lateral side and behind knee, near right eye, part of forehead, also lost feeling easily in the backs of my legs when sitting or in an arm if my other arm rested on it
-Vision: 3 this morning
-Nerve pain: 2, just leg
-Hearing: 1

Motor:
-Walking: 1? I didn't go anywhere!
-Sore muscles: 1, but keep in mind that I took a double dose of Aleve today
-Fine motor: 2? No demands
-Weak muscles: 5
-Spasticity: 4

Cognitive:
-Processing: 3
-Memory: 1
-Attention: 0
-Confusion: 1

General:
-Fatigue: 8
-Balance: 1
-Sleep: 0, I woke a few times during the night but considering the nap I think I got plenty of sleep
-Bladder: 2
-Proprioception: 1
-Swallowing: 1
-A: 0
-B: 2

Emotions: Some tears this morning.
