Happy PT Day

I worked with a PT assistant today. Boo. It was alright. Not as good, because the assistants are not able to modify things based on my abilities, like challenging me if I am doing well or problem solving if I am not.

I did not have a lot of pain until the evening, when my right leg began cramping painfully. That continued until bed time. Otherwise my day was fine.

Sensory:

-Pins and needles: 2, right leg near ankle (NEW symptom--or returning?)
-Tingles: 1
-Dysesthetic pain: 3
-Paresthesias: 4, some sharp pains in my left hand between index finger and thumb--felt like knife stab or large needle, also right leg near ankle electric shocks

-Numbness: 3
-Vision: 1
-Nerve pain: 3, left leg
-Hearing: 1

Motor:
-Walking: 3 day, 9 when leg spasming
-Sore muscles: 9, with spasms

-Spasticity: 9--spasms in right lower leg, lateral side
-Weak muscles: 3

-Endurance: 5

-Fine motor: 1

Cognitive:
-Processing: 0
-Memory: 1
-Attention: 0
-Confusion: 0

General:
-Fatigue: 5
-Balance: 1, having problems in the morning, especially the first 15 minutes

-Vertigo: 0

-Sleep: 0

-Bladder: 1
-Proprioception: 1
-Swallowing: 1
-A: 0
-B: 6

Emotions: I am trying to remember. No tears. Happy, I guess. A little worried in the evening when the cramps kept coming and I could not bear weight on that leg sometimes.
