Great Day

I had a great day today, including a good PT session with an assistant. She worked on my shoulder--ow. But it is looser now, so that is good.

Sensory:

-Pins and needles: 1, in my tongue. But different than before--it was in the back. Hopefully just a one time thing. (NEW symptom)
-Tingles: 0
-Dysesthetic pain: 2
-Paresthesias: 1

-Numbness: 2
-Vision: 0
-Nerve pain: 2
-Hearing: 1

Motor:
-Walking: 1, sometimes I do not know how to rate this. Endurance is such a problem that I cannot walk far, but my gait for short distances is good.
-Sore muscles: 1, except when that PT assistant worked on me!

-Spasticity: 1
-Weak muscles: 4

-Endurance: 5

-Fine motor: 1

Cognitive:
-Processing: 1
-Memory: 1
-Attention: 1
-Confusion: 0

General:
-Fatigue: 2
-Balance: 1

-Vertigo: 0, except if I close my eyes while lying down. Then I have vertigo every time. Weird. And head position does not matter.

-Sleep: 3, 7.5 hours but it was broken up by periods of sleeplessness. I finally figured out that I was hot. Duh.

-Bladder: 1
-Proprioception: 1
-Swallowing: 1
-A: 0
-B: 5

Emotions: Fine, except when I got my neuropsych report in the mail and got a bit anxious. I have not opened it. Maybe more than a bit anxious when I think about it.
